Cancellation Policy

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance prior to canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50% service charge.  No shows will be charged the full service amount.

Check-In and Late Arrivals

We advise you to arrive and check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. In the event of a late arrival, your service could be shortened out of courtesy to the subsequent customer. In addition, the service fee will remain the same.
